As decisions go, the one where you decide to sell your home is probably not the easiest one that you will make. However, there are things that you can do, as  a vendor, to aid in the sale of your property and reduce the stress at a time when it may be going through the roof!.

Over the the last decade, I don't mind saying,  we have seen it all!

From floor to ceiling boxes , rooms that look like they should be in a pet shop to rooms where the ceiling  in now a part of the floor.
All of these present their own challenges that, as a provider of luxury visual content, mean on the spot solutions.

There two most important words when selling your home are KERB APPEAL! The human brain takes 9 seconds to look at an image and decide if it likes it or not. That gives you 9 seconds to create an impact! Not a long time!

The outside of the Property needs just as much attention, if not more, as the extension your having built, or the expensive wallpaper your having put up, or even that new En-Suite and 4th bedroom.

We suggest taking the time to consider which potential buyers you will want to come and have a look at the £100,000 interior modifications and prepare the external of the Property accordingly.

Over the last 10 years  we have seen, on many occasions,  many splendid properties that inside look amazing, but the focus seems to have stopped there.
In our experience, we have found that, if potential buyers see one or more of the below selling your home becomes so much more difficult.

* An over grown garden
* Leaking Drain Pipes
* Peeling Paint
*UPVC windows that have failed
* Weeds in the Driveway
* Broken and damaged fencing and gates

Remember the number 9!
9 seconds to make an impact and you don't want the opportunity to be wasted.
A little love on the outside of the property has the potential to result in much more money in the bank.

* A rule to go by is simply, If you can see something in a room that catches your eyes ( and not in a good way) Buyers will see it to,  so always best to move it!*
